This illustration was done for the monthly Free Draw Challenge we started here at work. The challenge was to take a video game character and have some product placement or advertisement included somehow. My illustration is the famous mustached plumber and I made him be part of an ad where he is promoting his awesome hammer. I know Mario has been re-imagined a million times but I couldn't resist. The final advertisement piece is here as well as the original painting and a step by step of the painting. Hope you like it!
